got a new haircut today. it feels strange. likable?
Stretching goal 1 reached
i´m a total capoeira and alrobatics freak. though my major problem is that my legs and lower back are stiff like iron bars.
a slight side split of maybe 70 cm was already a big discomfort.
i´m stretching for a while now. i´m trying to accomplish all sorts of leg flexibilities to get better at high kicks and swing momentums. also training sequences with me was a pretty dangerous thing cause i wasnt able to keep my legs high enough and i caused many head bruises with my early down coming heels.
my first goal was a standing sidesplit between my couch and closet. thats roughly a distance of 1,50 m. thats more that the double i began with in november!
i dont know how far i can push my flexibility but if can keep my first few goals i´m pretty proud of myself.
i wish i had back than made a photo proof.

If you are quiet fit already and you need a new challenge for your body try this. its extremely fast done and all you need is a good balanced set of exersices.
As an Capoeirista I´m right now researching which Sport related forms/excercises are suitable for the Tabata Training.
If anybody has suggestions on Exercises you are welcome to contact me.
